Multiwall paper sacks are a cost effective, eco-friendly, durable, and space saving packaging solution. Our multiwall paper bags are constructed from some of the strongest papers available in the world. The paper we use is from a 100% renewable resource.

Our high performance line allows the customer to reduce the overall plies of paper needed while withstanding rigorous use. We have immediate availability of many traditional, unprinted bag styles used for various applications. We also welcome your custom construction and printing/graphics requirements.

Bag Styles

SOM - Sewn Open Mouth

The is one of the most economical styles of the multiwall bags due to the fact that it allows for more efficient manufacturing on less expensive equipment. Since the bag length can be trimmed it permits use with products that have fluctuating densities.

• Basic bag, sewn at manufacturers end
• Manufactured in 2-4 plies
• Can include barrier films for moisture protection
• Commonly used in the feed and seed industries

PVSE - Pasted Valve Stepped End Bags

These bags are fast to fill, and do not require a closing operation. Both ends of this style bag are stepped and factory pasted, leaving a small opening in one of the corners where a valve or sleeve is inserted mechanically for filling.

• Extremely strong bag commonly used to package chemicals, resins, and rock based products: Cement, limestone, sand, pvc, surfactants, drilling mud

POM - Pasted Open Mouth

The open-end Pasted Open Mouth bag is a flush cut bag, similar to the SOM style. They are a flat tube sack with a factory formed, satchel-type, pasted bottom. Once filled, the satchel bottom serves as a flat, square base. There are no gussets on this bag.

PBOM - Pinch Bottom Open Mouth

This gusseted bag has a fold over or ?pinched? pasted closure at the bottom. The top of the bag has an adhesive for the customer to activate once the bag has been filled with product. The staggered plies provide a strong sift proof closure on both ends of the bag. They work well on automatic filling and closing equipment.

SOS - Self Opening Style

This sack is gusseted with a factory-made pasted square bottom. After filling, the top closure may be made by sewing, gluing, stapling, wire-tying or sealing with adhesive/tape.

• Can be manufactured with coated papers for moisture protection
• Manufactured in environment meeting hygiene requirements for food grade products
• Commonly used for retail 1 to 10 pound food packages including: Sugar, flour, cake mixes

Milk Bags - Specialized Bags for the Powdered Milk and Whey Industries

• Feature a flat pasted bottom with stepped end heat sealable top
• Can be manufactured with flush cut top
• Heavy interior liners for moisture protection

FIBC—Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers

Also known as a bulk bag, big bag, or super sack , an FIBC is a large, durable container for storing and transporting sand, fertilizer, stone, mulch, topsoil, construction debris, chemicals or other dry products. FIBC bulk bags are made of thick woven polypropylene.
