**Special resins available upon request.

Colors: Standard Laminated*:
Translucent White (natural). I Beam Structure, Profile: Translucent white (Natural or White). Available in 10 stock colors.
*Available in a range of custom colors.

Sizes: Laminated:
Across Corrugation (unlimited); with Corrugation (96" nominal); Thickness (.15" nominal special board thickness also available). Profile: Across Corrugation (78"); With Corugation (unlimited); Thickness (.125" - .235"). Note: An inventory of stock sheets are maintaned in both Laminated and Profile type board configurations inquire for custom specs.

Board Weights: Laminated:
Min. 80 lbs/1000 sp. ft.; Max. 500 lbs./1000 sp. ft.; Profile: Min. 80 lbs/1000 sp. ft.; Max. 300 lbs./1000 sq. ft.

Printability:
The corrugated plastic sheets can be supplied corona treated to a level between 35 and 50 dynes. The board may be printed in a variety of methods using various inks.

Durability:
  Can outlast corrugated fibre by 30 to 50 times. Brittleness Temperatures (ASTM D746) Laminated - 1 03°F; Profile - HDPE -95°F - PP -1 7°F. Defection Temperature at 66 PSI (D648) Lamination + 1 62°F Profile - HDPE + 158°F - PP+174°F.

Flammability:
Corrugated plastic is flammable. the board is nontoxic and the products of combustion are carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and smoke. Flame retardants may be added to the resin to retard flames. UL approved flame retardant board is available.

Chemical Resistance:
Polyethylene adn polypropylene be are considered inert do not react with most substances including ACIDS: Benzoic, Boric, Citric, Fluoboric, Hydrochloric 37%, Hydrocyanic, Hydrofluoric, Maleic, Nitric 5%, Oxalic, Prechloric, Phosphoric 25%, Phosphoric 85%, Phthalic, Sulfuric 10%, Tannic, Tartaric, ALKALIES, ACID SALTS, ALKALINE SALTS, NEUTRAL SALTS, ORGANICS AND SOLVENTS: Alcohol methyl, Formaldehyde 37%, GASSES: Carbon dioxide, Carbon monoxide

Thermal Insulation:
Depending upon sheet thickness and board weight, corrugated plastic has an "R-Factor" of approximately 2.5.

Outdoor Life:
Most plastic products will break down after extended exposure to sunlight and outside environment. Under normal use, with ultra-violet inhibitors added, the life of most corrugated plastic products are from 2+ years under constant exposure. Life may vary depending upon use.

Light Transmissions:
Approximately 70-75% for translucent white boards.

Impact Resistance:
Under normal environmental conditions (35°F to 110°F), corrugated plastic will not shatter or break under normal impact.

Water Resistance:
  Unaffected by water.

Special Resin Additives:
Ultra violet stabilizers, Flame retardants, Conductive and anti-static, non-skid coating.

Puncture Resistance and Durability:
Directly related to mass or board weight of material. In either category, corrugated plastic outpreforms corrugated fibre-board.
